Why I Made This Website, And How...

Introduction

Hi, I am Praveen. I live in India with my wife and kids.

I am an ordinary guy like you. I enjoy reading, movies and music. I have watched all parts of 'Die Hard' many times! 'Fanny & Alaxendar' is another movie that kept me awake late into the night.

I enjoy reading Alistair Maclean as much as I enjoy reading William Faulkner, Michael Foucault and R D Liang. I like listening to soft music and Ghazals.

Why A Website On Stress?

I have a passion for finding ways to improve the quality of my life, as I think you also must be having.

I started building this website to share my passion, and I discovered that this is an excellent way to enhance my own knowledge! I made "stress" the focus of my website because stress is the biggest source of all physical and psychological problems in the urban life.

Through keeping a focus on "stress" I could share my passion with my readers about techniques of living a better life. Too much stress kills the joy from your life and you end up devoting all your energies in just "surviving".

It hurts me to see so many lives getting wasted due to not knowing how to manage stress and other essential life skills. Through this website I try to educate and update my readers about "special" skills that have the potential to improve our lives.

To me, living a happy and contented life is the truest achievement of all!

My wife has contributed immensely in building this website. Her special understanding of the inner workings of human nature has enriched this website immensely.

How I Built This Website

Like all good things in life, building a website also requires some skills. When I started out, I was not aware of even the basics of building a website. Then how could I do it?

I had earlier come across the mention of SBI a number of times. But what really caught my attention was the real life experiences of ordinary people like me who had gone on to build highly successful websites with no prior knowledge. It is SBI! only that can afford to throw a $50,000 challenge.
